General Procurement Sensitisation Session Procurement touches your desk more than you think. This session makes sure you know what to do when it does. You don't need to be a procurement officer to be responsible for a procurement decision. If you sit on an evaluation committee, approve a purchase, supervise a contract, or sign off on a requisition, you are already part of the process — whether or not you were trained for it. This session gives non-specialist public sector staff a working understanding of how public procurement actually functions: the rules that govern it, the decisions that carry risk, and the boundaries that protect you and your institution.
